This is our second season open, so we are going to keep the rates simple. $100/night…$150/night over Holiday weekends (full weekend required). A cleaning fee of $40 is due at check-out. A 50% deposit is required at booking.
Note: All major credit cards are accepted via PayPal. Renters please note; an additional 5.5% sales tax added to every cabin rental. Payments are due prior to arrival. There is a 30 day cancellation policy for full refund.
Our creekside cabin is a very comfortable stay. There is a 2 night minimum purchase, with a starting price of $350; an additional $175 for each additional night, plus 5.5% sales tax. Our rental fee is based on 2 person occupancy. Keep in mind, if you are planning to have more than 2 people in your group, there will be an additional $25/person, per night added to your total.
During all major holidays a full week rental of $800 is required. Additional $40 cleaning fee upon departure.
